WILL IT FIT MY VEHICLE?
You'll be prompted to input your vans details in the vehicle selector. Once you've inputted this information, click 'Find Parts' and we'll retrieve all products that suit your vehicle. We'll also save this information so that you don't have to input it again.
Certain products (like van roof racks) can require a bit more info - roof height, rear doors etc - as they're specifically tailored for your vehicle and we want to make sure we've got it right. You can use the filters at the side of the page to find products that'll suit your exact spec.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Ordering van accessories & parts with Van Demon is easy. You can either purchase online via the website (please see the 'How to Order' page) or by contacting us directly on 01270 536900.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
Once an online order is placed, it isn't always possible for us to alter or amend delivery details. This is because the average processing time can be under 30 minutes.
If you do spot an error or would like to change certain details, please contact us straight away on 01270 536900. We'll then attempt to alter this for you.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We're currently able to deliver van parts & accessories to the entire UK including the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
If you place your order before 14:00, we'll usually ship it the same day. Shipping time vary depending upon location as below:
UK Mainland | 1-2 Working Days |
UK Highlands & Islands | 1-2 Working Days |
Northern Ireland | 3-5 Working Days |
Please note that some products (like Van Roof Racks) are made to order and can take longer. Further details can be found on the 'Delivery Information' page.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We've carefully selected our delivery partners, establishing links with some of the largest Courier Networks in the UK meaning we can ship our online orders as far and as wide as possible.
As you'd expect, delivery costs vary depending upon the item and delivery location outside of mainland UK. Postcodes that incur additional charges can be found in the 'Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland' section of this page. Our Customer Services team will be in touch when you place your order to help with this.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Most orders placed online are tracked using barcoded technology. We'll send you an email after your order is dispatched with this information so that you can track its progress.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you’re unhappy with a product, we accept returns up to 30 days after the date of delivery providing the item is unused and in its original packaging. Find out more here.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
Whilst we take care in everything we do, occasionally things do go wrong! If you've received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll advise how we can resolve. Find out more here.

HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept most major debit and credit cards, you'll be prompted to enter this information at checkout where your payment will be processed.
If you'd prefer, we also accept payment via PayPal. Again, you'll be prompted to enter this information at checkout.
HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?
Promo codes are used for Special Offers, if you have a code, you can add this whilst viewing your basket. Enter the code and click 'Apply Code' and we'll automatically apply the offer.
WHAT IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?
If a payment is declined, 9 out of 10 times it'll be an issue with the data that has been inputted. There could be an issue with the Billing Address of one of the card details (e.g. the card number). Simply check and try again.

HOW SECURE ARE MY DETAILS?
We use SSL, a industry standard method, to ensure that every online order placed with Van Demon is secure and that your payment details are protected. More information on SSL is available on our 'Secure Payments' page.
