Delivery Information
We've carefully selected our delivery partners, establishing links with some of the largest Courier Networks in the UK meaning we can ship our online orders as far and as wide as possible.
Most orders placed with Van Demon are tracked using barcoded technology which is sent to you after your order is dispatched. This means you can track progress every step of the way.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs vary depending on the item & destination. For a lot of our items, delivery to Mainland UK is free - it'll say on the product page when this is the case - where it isn't possible for us to offer this service, delivery starts at £1.95.
We'll always try to source the best possible delivery rates but services can be limited by the overall size and weight of your order - for example some items like 3m pipe tubes & van windows are really bulky and require specialist couriers.
Delivery costs can be calculated in the basket by inputting your postcode and a full list of delivery areas by postcode can be found here. Please note, postcodes categorised as 'Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland' will incur additional charges. Our Customer Services team will get in touch to arrange this when your order has been placed.
DELIVERY TIMES
If you place your order before 14:00, it's usually picked, packed & shipped the same day. From there, the table below shows the standard delivery time for your location:

Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.
Whilst most of our orders are dispatched same day, certain products are made to order (for example our Custom Van Mats) and can take a little longer. All of these products are marked as 'Made to Order' and a delivery cost will be shown in your basket before you place your order. You can also use the table below:

LIMITATIONS
Once an online order is placed, it isn't always possible for us to alter or amend delivery details. This is because average processing time can be under 15 minutes. If you do spot an error or would like to change certain details, please contact us straight away on 01270 536900. We'll then attempt to alter this for you.
Most of our Couriers will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the entire order back to us. In this case, we'll contact you and await further instruction. As the item has to be dispatched again, additional delivery charges will apply. You can use the tracking details provided to check when your order is due for delivery or contact us for further information.
Please note some products, like Van Conversion Glass, are naturally incredibly fragile. We take lots of precautions (including custom packaging) to make sure they arrive in one piece and as a result it isn't always possible for the courier to leave these products in a safe place.
